Further, we develop Contractors schedule to ensure alignment with scope of work and maximize opportunities within the scope of work, this includes cost loading and resource loading of schedules for approval by the client. Once established and agreed, the project schedule become, what is known as the “baseline schedule”. Baseline Programs are an important part of any project, as they are the basis of Claim, Claim Avoidance and protecting Contractual Entitlement, and as such deserve the attention needed. A Properly Constructed Baseline can’t be overstressed. Further and external audits can be conducted by ourselves
Progress will be measured against the baseline schedule throughout the life of the project. Analyzing progress compared to the baseline schedule. Proper Updating and recording is of huge importance, when or if the event arises that the Party has to protect Entitlement such as Extension of Time, Disruption. Addition reporting that are now commonly asked for “earned value management” and earned Schedule, can be developed. It is imperative that for, both client and contractor, these are set up initially as baselines, to avoid disputes and resolve claims or extension of times amicably.
